Fingerpicking the Guitar

How to fingerpick a Guitar
Fingerpicking a guitar is a technique of plucking the guitar strings with your fingertips, fingernails, or picks attached to your fingers in a picking pattern. As opposed to picking the guitar with a flatpick playing individual notes.

Some people use the term Fingerstyle guitar but for me, Fingerstyle guitar is playing much more then a pattern. It includes rythm, melody and bass. We will cover Fingerstyle guitar in a later lesson.
